Thank you so much Elsa. It is so easy for us humans to escape the present, to Romance about the future or its flip side, to be Nostalgic about there past. These concepts I read about in a book by Robert Masters years ago. So for me living in the present, today is where I want to be. Sure, I'm nostalgic about the past, I love telling stories about the past and I Dream / Romance about the future and make plans but the Here and Now is where I shine, where I am spontaneous, where I can be cheeky, where I can take risks, where I can laugh or cry by myself or with others. God bless
