What I have here: a 3-step formula for dealing with inner pain and living well with increasing social problems. Plus a workshop to give you a taste of the 3-step formula.

I’m a great believer in: don’t just talk, show. You can jump right to the end of this piece if you know you want a demo.

Here, a bit on my journey. How do we deal with inner pain, from frustration, to loneliness, to lack of love, to anger, to despair? That’s something huge. Likewise, how do we deal with the current reality, an ever worsening social situation? Likewise, that’s something huge.

Some people despair.

As for me, ever since I was a child, things that puzzled me pulled me, stayed in my mind until I solved the puzzle.

By my early teens, 2 big puzzles were the French and Russian revolutions. How could movements that sounded so fabulous turn out so badly, so utterly horribly? Worse and worse.

And then, people. Why did people not live happily ever after? Why so much fighting, anger?

Still now, so many puzzles. Why did some people not fall for the psyops? How could one reach at least some of the people who had been psyop’d? What motivates the predator cohort? How to stop the predator cohort?

2 ongoing puzzles that have stayed with me since my teen years:

• What works for inner pain?

• And what works for us when we’re caught living within a society with massive social problems, injustices, like now?

The whole human development movement has provided a mass of answers. 6 weeks to hot romance. 6 years to integrating id with ego. 4 steps to good parent-child communication, 3 steps to attracting what you desire.

I’ve explored everything from psychoanalysis to the New Age mantra: you create your own reality. I looked at various models of human development, and found none that seemed adequate.

With time, I created my own model of full human development - Full Flourishing. And I came to a formula for moving toward it - the Full Flourishing Formula. It works for grappling with social issues as well as personal concerns. 3 simple steps: awareness, caring, engagement. ACE. A.C.E.

As Einstein said: Make it as simple as can be, but not simpler.

I’m adding: Make it as clear as can be.

To do that, I’ve made a video, which gives an overview, plus a story about my father, and a bit about myself.
