Yes: the US government killed its own World War I vets. Why they asked for what they had been promised. A bonus for having fought in World War I. Hoover was the president. He watched as his soldiers, on his orders, gassed the vets, burned their shelters. MacArthur and Patton led the troops. MacArthur went even further than he was asked to. Patton took part - including against the soldier who had saved his life.

By the way, thank you to Pasheen Stonebrooke. I’d forgotten that she was the source, then came upon it again. So thank you, Pasheen.
Nasty (another word for evil) untrustworthy anti-citizen US governments are nothing new.

how does her work support your theory?
It's interesting this clip from 1932 early on during the depression ends with the remark of the need for a new system. The federal reserve system began operating in 1914 and funded the Allies in WW1 which basicly spent all our money. The bank was not set up at that time to allow the treasury to produce unlimited fiat dollars like it does today taxing by debasing the currency. There will come a point when the money printers of today can no longer print Willey Nillie too. As bad as inflation is today that deflation will be worse but by then unavoidable.
