Tomorrow, back to the grindstone. A psyop from 2006. And a very recent experience.
Today, before turning back to that, a big question:
Why bother getting involved in all this? Yes, bad thinking bugs me. Evil gives me the creeps. Being endangered by evil forces - that hugely bugs me. On top of that, I have a deep-down urge to be part of saving the world - that desire goes back to childhood.
But what am I aiming toward? What’s my vision, aim, goal, intent?
I’ve had that vision for a long time as well.
But I spend much less time focussing on - or telling you about - my vision than doing what I can to get rid of some of the bad stuff in the way.
And you: what’s your aim, goal, intent, vision?
Here’s mine. The ultra short version. I believe it’s our task to make the world a garden where, among many things, the lion and lamb can lie down together, and where power is held by good people (and it could be other forces) with love, empathy, intelligence, curiosity, caring, integrity, courage and good will.
That’s been my vision for decades. For a long time I didn’t know all the obstacles lurking in the shadows (now getting ever more visible). But my vision hasn’t changed.

And here are the lyrics:
Come to the Garden
come to the garden
the garden we're making
with painstaking labor
and love
come to the garden
the garden we'll be creating
where the lion and lamb
lie down together
come to the garden
come and love in this garden
come and work in this garden
a labor of love
it's our world
our world for the making
a garden in the making
no mistaking
the love and the labor
it will be taking
lifetimes and lovetimes
forever a garden
only if we make it
it's our world
and our mission
is to make it a garden
forever
where the lion and lamb
lie down together
only if we make it
only if we create it
this garden of labor and love
come to the garden
come and love in this garden
come and work in this garden
a labor of love
it's our world
our world for the making
come to the garden
the garden we're making
with painstaking
labor and love
come to the gardenElsa

I can feel the tug to get back to more usual stuff - like exploring the forces against good people and developing strategies for strengthening ourselves as well as countering the evil.
But it felt like time for a pause, a break. On top of everything, I believe it strengthens us to have a vision of what we’re aiming for.
So for the past couple of days, it’s been:
One is not forever young. Which brings up the question, how best do we live our lives?
Is love obsolete? Which I answered with a strong no, but recognized it can be damn hard to love well.
Now I’m feeling the tug of: It’s a psy-op, stupid!! In fact, I see layers upon layers of psy-ops. Time to turn my attention back to that. Always also having the vision of what I’m moving toward.

What a beautiful piece. A reminder to us all that we need to plant the seeds to make it grow. And we need to get rid of the "toxic weeds" that are trying to take over it all.
Lovely!
