An Invitation. Wed at 4:30 EDT. Lighting candles on the winter solstice
I like to light candles on the winter solstice to mark the change from the days getting ever shorter, to the beginning of the days getting longer and longer, as winter is just setting in. I also ask myself: what would I like to have leave my life, at this turning point? And what would I like to have more of, or even to have lots of?
Sometimes I forget about the solstice. It’s long past, and I look back. Yes, it’s happened, in the rush of days.
More often I remember.
This year, I’m inviting you to join me.
If you’d like to be part of this, here’s the link:

The time: 4:30-5:00 EDT.
We’ll light candles at 4:45 (give or take a few minutes) while around me, and perhaps around you, the world is moving into night time.
If you like, you can also ask yourself, is there something you’d like to have leave your life? And is there something you’d like to have more of, or even to have lots of?
And then we’ll go on with our lives.
