A 25 Million Dollar Lawsuit. And then I listen to Catherine Austin Fitts talking with Dr Peter Breggin
A 25 million dollar lawsuit. Robert Malone against the Breggins - Peter and Ginger Breggin.
Catherine Austin Fitts to the rescue. How?
I’m not an expert on the forces against us. But I keep learning, especially over the past 2 years. One vital thing is finding out whom I can trust. One person I have learned to trust is Catherine Austin Fitts.
Into the ongoing situation (c-virus, effective treatments blocked, lockdowns, injections) comes this lawsuit for 25 million dollars.
I know of Robert Malone, have heard him talk, have read his story (his own version). I’ve heard reservations about him, partly due to his background as in insider. But so many of us were once insiders.
I know much less about the Breggins. I’ve never heard Peter Breggin speak. A few months ago, a friend sent me a book by the Breggins, Covid-19 and the Global Predators. I like the term, Global Predators. I haven’t read the book.
And then, this lawsuit. What’s going on?
I know it all ties with a theory that I’ve been hearing about from many sources - Mattias Desmet’s Mass Formation. The Breggins strongly voiced their opinion that the theory was worse than invalid.
The theory in a nutshell: people due to their fear have a CROWD mass fear formation response which brings about all the bad authoritarian stuff we have seen, from lockdowns to the injections and mandates, etc.
Omitted from the theory are massive chunks of reality:
first and foremost, far from happening spontaneously, fear was induced, whipped up and sustained by the media and government - on TV and online, fear messages blared out nonstop;
just as important, early effective treatment was withheld - which is not the response of frightened people - frightened people would want quick effective treatment;
in the mainstream, there was silence on all people can do to boost the immune system - but if frightened people are behind all that happened, it would only make sense that they would seek for any bit of help.
I had already read, from 2nd Smartest Guy in the World, a critique of the name, mass formation: it hides that the formation/psychosis/hypnosis didn’t just happen, but was INDUCED. I agreed with him.
And then, once one adds that this was an INDUCED mass formation, the next question is obvious: whodunnit.
On the other hand, I had just come across criticism of the nasty tone of the Breggins’ criticism of mass formation. It wasn’t nice and friendly and polite.
Still, I don’t believe a nasty tone could merit a 25 million dollar lawsuit. It brought to mind the lawsuit against Alex Jones of Infowars who has been ordered to pay over a billion dollars for something he said due to information he had received about Sandy Hooks. At the same time, a J6 prisoner was denied his cancer medication for 8 months, during which time his cancer went from stage one, where it had been kept for years, to stage 3. No billions of dollars even suggested for the deadly injustice.
And then, Catherine Austin Fitts to the rescue. How?
I started by saying that I have come to trust what she says.
In this case, in a search for something different, I happened to come upon a discussion between Catherine Austin Fitts and Peter Breggin, - which ended with her describing Breggin as the man who’s faced down evil all his life.
They made the theory crystal clear: according to the theory, people are stupid and easily cause authoritarianism to happen. Blame the victim.
They also pointed out yet another way the theory doesn’t make sense. It’s based on findings about people in crowds. But that couldn’t have happened in this case. There were no crowds. People were locked up away from each other.
Their descriptions of the theory are not flattering. If I’m remembering right, they said Desmet’s book, Mass Formation, with the theory in the middle, is like a turd in the middle of a sandwich. More seriously, they called the theory psychological castration. They laughed a lot. Here’s the link:

As the lawsuit was never mentioned, I gathered the conversation took place before the lawsuit.
The first big thing for me. Given my respect for CAF, the fact that Peter Breggin and CAF are long-time friends and allies made me predisposed to believe his views have merit, and the lawsuit does not.
Then, they didn’t just dismiss Desmet’s theory. They showed it made absolutely no sense - and worse, they showed it was ludicrous, ridiculous, laughable. They also asked: where did Desmet come from, this man with this nonsensical theory that was suddenly being blasted at us from all sides.
So Desmet did not just look like some incompetent nitwit, but a bad actor.
That brings to mind the lawsuit, Robert Malone claiming 25 million damage to his reputation for something said by the Breggins about something he said about mass formation. Listening to this intelligent and fun conversation, I came to the logical conclusion: it sure sounds like yet another attempt to silence someone telling the truth and exposing nonsense meant to hide evil.
I suggest you listen to the interview. Two brilliant caring dedicated people exposing yet another bit of the “narrative” (lies) perpetrated in the attempt to deceive us.
I’d say, no amnesty for the perpetrators.
P.S. By the way, here’s some more from CAF. If you want suggestions for what you can do in general, about 15 minutes from the end of this Solari Report interview, CAF interviewing Whitney Webb, there are a slew of suggestions. Plus, yet another great interview.
PPS. So much more is going on, financial shenanigans, like the revelation of 108 trillion in debt, so far hidden. This may make the 25 million dollar lawsuit seem like small potatoes. Not for me, actually. It has led to my utterly not trusting Robert Malone. Here’s a post about the revelation of that debt:

agree. do not trust malone. it seems there is a new bigger push to smear jones, mike, and some others.
Robert Malone is a bully who is using "lawfare" to intimidate the Breggins. No competent judge would consider the "tone" of legitimate criticism a valid criterion for a lawsuit. The fact that Malone supports "amnesty" for tyrannical actors should tell you everything you need to know about him. He is what is commonly known as controlled opposition. Breggin is right about Desmet's Mass Formation theory -- it is a classic example of victim blaming.
